Losing images/ not recognizing when I close a title and reopen

Trying to not have to redo an entire title a 3rd time! Last time I closed a title and shut down, when I reopened Lectora and tried to open the title I received an error message followed by a prompt telling me that an image was not supported/ found. Scared to death to close the file and have it minimized until someone can tell me what to do. I've been teaching myself and there's been a huge learning curve. I know there's a screen where you enter supported files. Do I need to load every image and button? I thought Lectora retained that information automatically. Also, if I embed audio, will I lose that as well?

Looking forward to the responses so that I can finally wrap this project up.

Thank you.

Hi,

I have same issue. I got a source file from other group which include images and external folder. However, when I open the .awt file, a message appears says: Unable to load image file..., I checked the images are in the images folder and located in the same directory as lectora file.

Does anyone know how to solve the issue?

I have tried to re-tag the images, but still not workin...

Thanks,

y

If you want, send the source files to me (ss@intea.lv) and I'll take a look. Right now it seems like you are either not doing something right or you've been given wrong source.

The most common reason for missing images when someone sends you a file is that Lectora will not work on a ZIP file. You must unzip the file first and then open the .awt file. Could that be your problem?
