We currently publish two titles for each of our course: one in English, and then the same one again in either Spanish or French. Something we're struggling with is how to open the second title from the first. Here's an example:

The menu page for the other language is loaded... but it's loaded into the frame of the index page of the other language's published title. Most of the lesson pages work, but the quiz pages don't; we found that this is because some published resources aren't getting reloaded.
What I would like to happen is that the index/home page of the other language's published site is loaded in the same window/tab, so that that site and all associated resources are freshly loaded. The closest we can come to making this work now is to open the other home page in a new window, but this isn't desirable, as it's causing some confusion for our users.
I appreciate any input on this...
