I am not sure exactly you are looking to do with the video/audio tool... I know that captivate is a similar tool to lectora with a SCORM export option.. also this tool has a live capture record feature that is really fast and easy to use.. just thought I throw that out there!
However, if you are looking for a tool for post-production use let me know as I have lots of recomendations on that :)
