Thanks for your response Russ.Yes, mine flash and anything that is an action...for example at first I had all my page names and chapter names appear by creating an action that changed content to a variable...so at first you'd see x-Chapter...then after a couple seconds it would change the variable name I told it to. It looks really awkward.I am not able to choose a preload for my audio. I can choose this for other objects such as buttons and images but I don't see that option for audio.
