I would guess the image that's loading slowly is actally a very large image whose size has been decreased inside of Lectora. Open the image properties, go to the Position & Size tab, and notice the size of the image versus the original size. If they are different, edit the image to the size you want it in Lectora and reimport. (Or, you can set your image editor up in Lectora in File/Preferences/Editors tab - then you'll just need to right-click the picture and select Edit).Russ
