Import the initial base piece as an animation to the page you want in lectora. Right click on the title icon and go to properties (it's the one at teh very top that looks like some books). Go to the additional files tab. Add each of the .swf files that your movie is loading in. Publish to html and see if it works. This assumes your base piece is looking for the external swfs in the same folder.Hope that helps.
