LMSCommit Error: General Exception and LM

I am troubleshooting a problem and need some help...A course developed SCORM 1.2 compliant using Lectora 2005 SP4a and delivering via Sum Total LMS. There is one assignable unit with an assessment (10 questions), questions are radomized and when the student completes the test they are directed to a pass/fail page to exit to the LMS. On the pass/fail page there is an action: On show, Modify Variable, Lesson_Status, value is passed. When I publish the course and launch via the LMS, I am getting and LMS Commit error and an LMS Finish error when I exit the course. The LMS is showing the correct score and status of passed on the assignable unit page, however, the course does not appear on my Transcript page, it continues to show as in progress. In Lectora, when I right click on the Assessment is shows Test properties...there is a section below which shows Mastery Test (the questions are listed here) - when I right click on this it shows Test Section properties? Any ideas would be appreciated.I am troubleshooting a problem and need some help...A course developed SCORM 1.2 compliant using Lectora 2005 SP4a and delivering via Sum Total LMS.
