LMSCommit Error: General Exception and LM

Thanks for the info. Yes, we are attempting to report question/test answers to the LMS. We are using SumTotal6.5 LMS and have had limited success with SCORM in reporting question/test answers. I will take a look at the characters we are using. In trying to isolate the issue, I have found that if I replace the a001titlemgr.html with the one from the original published version that the course works fine - no more errors.
