I'm getting "LMSCommit Error: Error Code - 391 - is undefined" on the last page of a test. I've tried some of the other LMSCommit Error tips I've found in this forum, but so far nothing's worked for me. The good news is that the LMS reads the test as being complete, but I'm not sure the end user will feel confident in the course with this error message popping up. Any ideas to correct this issue?
