Hello, I'm new to this thread, just looking for some help and see there are some experts on here.
One of my client' clients is having issues importing my SCORM/Web-based zipped file to his LMS. I don't know what LMS he uses. He has, however, been able to import the zipped files from another developer. I'm developing with Lectora 9 and the other develop with Lectora X. He just said the install was hanging and never went anywhere.
Lastly, in order to see if it was a local setting, I sent my .awt and all production files to the other developer, who published it in Lectora X on his machine, yet the client was still unable to import that updated file from this method.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing this? I've worked with Lectora for about 6 years and have never encountered any issues with my files, but am no "expert" and am actually rather clueless on why this is happening.
