You may want to check the supported MIME types and register any file types that are missing (read: unsupported). After you do this you should have no problems....in theory. Sadly, as many times as I've had to do this for other things, I've never documented the steps. Another thing you could try, and I have documented, is checking the permissions on the server. Follow these steps in IIS:1. Right click the website name and choose "Permissions"2. Click the "Add..." button3. Click "Locations"4. Select the Machine name and click "OK"5. Click "Advanced"6. Click "Find Now..."7. Choose the following users: IIS_WPG, IUSR_[machine name], IWAM_[machine name]8. Click "OK" until you are back to just having the IIS manager window up9.
