LMS errors processing matching question

Hello All,

Does anyone know why I keep getting LMS error messages when attempting to complete a matching question uploaded to SumTotal Maestro LMS (formerly GeoLearning)? I match the answers incorrectly to test the validation then I get a string of LMS error pop-ups (see attachment). When I click past them, I'm able to view the "incorrect" pop-up page I've created and then I can continue with the program.

I wasn't sure if this question should be posed here, in the ST community or both.
