LMS Errors

My problem still exists from post May 2006. The issue is some users receive various errors upon completing an assessment created in Lectora 2005 SP4a, running on IBM Lotus Learning Management System 1.0.5 SP3, Patch C (in fact this error has occured on all previous versions of Lectora and LMS). System is in-house and not hosted. The user completes the assessment and upon selecting the "submit" button receives the following errors:LMSCommit Error: General exception (user clicks ok)Where the score would normally display on the "result" page appears as ~~~null~~~Then a pop appears "The current session has timed out" (user clicks ok) then finally....LMSSetValue Error: Not initalized.Responses to fix include not selecting any check boxes when publishing to SCORM - tried - errors still continue. I have checked with LMS vendor that AICC_Lesson_Status = completed. I am totally stumped as what to do... Why do these errors occur? Is it that the the user is no longer connected to the LMS? Is there an action that can be placed on a page to ensure connection is active? I really need some assistance to trouble shoot this problem. Thanks in advance for any assistance
