LMS error "The selected files are not correctly formatted XML and cannot be loaded"

Hi,

I am using Mzinga (Knowledge Planet) LMS. I have one survey and its questions in the course. I am uploading the SCORM bundle while selecting imsmanifest.xml file to upload the content to LMS Test site. Going further I am getting error as "The selected files are not correctly formatted XML and cannot be loaded".

Could anybody please help me out to solve the above query.
