Do you get the same initial error in your copy production environment as you do in the live environment? As long as you get the same error in both environments, then you should be able to look at the debug code for either of them. If that is case, if you want to copy the debug text and paste it in a document, you can send that to me at support@trivantis.com and I will take a look at it so see if there is any indication of the issue. Only send me the debug text up to the point when the error comes up, not any additional debug text after the error has been displayed.
