LMS Commit Error / Testing

The end-user clicks "Next" and then is taken to the page with the "Done" button.The action is this:On ShowSubmit/Process Test/SurveyTest 1BUT, that action is on the page NOT the "Done" button. Should it be on the "Done" button?
