I am trying to create a transparent rectangle with a red outline. I have done this before, and I reviewed the online help to ensure I was doing it correctly (and I am). When I actually create the rectangle it is, in essence, copying the area I am outlining. The shape is not being created, but a copy of the underlying content is.
