Likert scale questionaire - add points for each option?

Hi there
It has been some time since i last used Lectora so i am a bit rusty:( I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
I need to create a likert style questionnaire with about 25 questions - each question has 4 options (1, 2, 3 and 4) each option has a value - so 1 = 1 point ; 2 = 2 points and so on.
The learner has to go through the 25 questions and at the end they should be presented with their total score based on their answers. So Lectora should add up all the 1, 2, 3 and 4's selected. based on the total score they get a message (1 -20 have message a; 21 - 40 have message b and so on)
i am not too sure how to go abouts doing this. I tried creating a test but it looks like Lectora assigns a point to the whole question - not each option in the likert scale.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated !
Cheers,
Deb

Thanks for the advice ! I ended up doing the following:
1. Created a new page
2. Added a form
3. Added 12 radio button groups (1 for each question)
4. Created a variable called TotalScore
5. Added my questions and radio buttons (12 questions on the page - each with 4 radio buttons answer options - 1,2,3,4 - each radio button adds a value to TotalScore if selected)
6. Added an action to reset form when the user comes back to this page (so that the radio buttons are cleared every time they come back to the questionnaire)
7. Added a new page to diaplsy the final score - a text box displays the value of TotalScore
Seems to work ok :)

Super late in this game, but would you be willing to share your file for this setup?
