Likert Question - Intractions Inconsistent
I have 2 separate course set up both with Likert Questions. One is recording the interactions for the questions separately for each statement and the other is putting the answer in a string.
Any ideas on why this would happen? Everything is configured the same. The attached example show's how it's recording in the table.

The interactions will report in a string like the one above if there is more than one value the user must select a response to in a single question. To the user, it would look like the attached image.
If you're having a hard time reading the string in the interactions, you might consider separating each one out into a separate question and republishing. You can have more than one question on each page.
