Lectora Table of Content : Tree View not highlighting current page

I am using the Lectora Table of content (tree view) in a course. It is set up to become visible when a menu button is pressed. The Table of content works perfectly when previewed in Lectora, but when I publish it as an AICC and post it on our LMS, when you view the Table of contents it doesn't highlight the page that you are currently on nor does the Lesson expand that has the current page. Everything else works fine with it but I need that specific functionality to work. It does work in preview mode and an an HTML publish but not as an AICC publish. I'm using Lectora v 9. Any thoughts to why this isn't working or has anyone else had the same problem?
