Lectora Slow Starting Up

I don't know if it will make a difference, but try starting it by finding the .awt file in Windows Explorer or My Computer and double-clicking that to launch Lectora (and that course). I always get into my Lectora courses that way (unless I'm starting a brand new course) and don't have any problems with unreasonable startup times.
