Lectora Online on MAC: no zip/ no save as template

I have Lectora Online, using it on my MAC Air in Safari browser or Firefox. Two Lectora Online functions don't work.

  • Cannot save to Template.... getting 1003 Web remoting error.

  • Publish to HTML/Download button not downloading a zip file. I see that the Download button opens a function: Get PubZip. My Mac has WinZipMac app.

Please advise.

Hi Jenny,

Can I get you to submit a support ticket (The blue button to the right)so they can open a line of communication and if needed get some resources from you that so that our Development team can check into this further.
