Lectora on Mac with Parallels
January 21, 2022 12:00 AM
Hello everyone,
I have a Mac computer. If I download parallels for Mac which allows you to use Windows on a Mac, can I download the desktop version of Lectora? I am trying to avoid purchasing a PC to use the desktop version of Lectora. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

We do not recommend using Lectora Desktop at all with Mac Parallels since we do not support that application at all, so any issues that may happen we will be unable to assist with.
Instead, a better way to utilize Lectora on a Mac computer would be through Lectora Online. This is a browser-based version of the software that works just as well as Desktop, with added features like collaboration on projects between team members. It's also much easier to access since you can use it in different browsers and computers without the need of installing it first.
Thank you for your question and hopefully this answer helps others as well!
