Im curious what Trivantis does with the reports that are sent to them when Lectora crashes. I started opting to send the report to try to give them an opportunity to resolve the issue, but what is sent and what value does it provide? This takes extra courage to be willing to try to help solve the issue when you just crashed... especially if it is the second time in a single day.Trivantis, can you let us know how you handle those reports, and do they really offer any value?
