Lectora Keeps Shutting Down

LaruaI have started keeping logs of my crashes and have 7 in two weeks. Each time I sent the report to Trivantis. However, I too used network access for everything, and it was a little slow. So we installed a different faster drive in my box, transferred every file back to my local drive and then sync to the network each night.BIG MISTAKE!You cannot take a LECTORA project you began working on that is stored over the network and then transfer the .awt to a local drive an work it. Oh, it will link okay, it will export to .exe fine, but if you are like me and only export to SCORM when you are ready for final testing - it will crash when you do this. I renamed and relinked to every image over two days and it still will not export. I had to install Lectora on another box and then save to SCORM. Buy my machine could not do it as the host machine that started the project over the network and then moved to the local drive.[A mention is needed for Matt at Trivantis Support who late in the evening worked dilligently to assist me in this problem... I was impressed. Ben you offered much help too and I thank you both!]Now as to the crashes. I have had 7. Each time I logged down there were different activities occuring, e.g., entering tests, regular editing, importing an image... there was NO PATTERN that I could identify. The ONLY IDEA I was getting was that I was clicking TOO FAST. Often times I copy / paste into separate pages and go quite rapidly... a few of the times I crashed on this practice (fingers too fast for Lectora). However, this is not scientific, but just observation.Again, I am on 2008 with the current updates as of today.Edited By: whorah on 2008-6-27 10:23:49
