I recommend opening the Integrator, then from the Integrator open a PPT file and convert it. If you need to reduce the font sizes then specify a smaller page size than the standard 1024x768. It does a fair job on everything except PPT drawn graphics. I have not liked anything I have seen it convert so far but your case may be different. I always copy the PPT drawings and then use either Fireworks or SnagIt to convert the images. Any other drawing tool like Photoshop will work fine. From there import the images into Lectora. I just drag them from a Windows folder onto the page I am using. Goes pretty quickly.
