We are having similar issues; I have been told that the current version of PeopleSoft does not work well with AICC variables, which is what we are using. However, we have also been told that PeopleSoft 9, to which we are planning an upgrade in April, will be AICC certified. Hopefully, this will resolve part of our issues. Until then, we are forced to manually "flip" learners' status to passed and completed, even though our courses tell them they have passed the course.
