Lectora freezes during importing video

Hello everybody,

i am using the Lectora Inspire Version and Camtasia Studio 7.1.

I created a Video with Camtasia and now i want to import it to Lectora by

- clicking on 'Add Video'

- Import

- Choosing the video and click on open

But then there is a picture with

'Copying Resource...Please wait' and nothing else happens.

If i click on a button or somewhere else the programm is freezing.

Do you know what to do to solve this problem because i need to import the videos!

The video file is MP4.

The original file is a *.avi which can be included but after using Camtasia and rendering to MP4 it cannot be included anymore.
