Lectora enterprise edition

I have lectora Enterprice edition im working about launch but when i click any button properties it isnt open window what can i do?

Uninstall Lectora while connected to internet. Then reinstall. Launch and see if buttons work. Lectora 11 or X?
Explain your problem in more detail. Can you open Lectora, create a new title, and do the buttons work then? What buttons are you talking about? What version of Lectora? What operating system? How do the not work? - Don't light up? Is it all the buttons? If not, which ones? Explain exactly what is wrong?

All titles (page , question) properties not open I use Lectora enterprice edition
Other than reinstalling Lectora, I have no idea. Sorry. Contact Trivantis -- the company who makes it.
