CARA’s customer is looking for a Lectora Developer for a six month engagement in Chicago. (Client desires local candidates who are looking for projects onsite in Chicago)
BASIC FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the instructional design and technical development of e-learning courses materials using Lectora as a primary authoring tool. The instructional developer will work both independently and with team members on a fast-paced, high-profile training effort. Tasks include project management, collaboration with SMEs, content development, storyboard design, graphic design and working with our LMS administrators.
We need an experienced Instructional Developer with at least 3 years' experience developing interactive training using Lectora X or XI. Lectora proficiency is essential. Position also requires solid writing and communication skills, the ability to conduct needs analysis and proven experience in developing learning solutions.
