A savior who will remain nameless seemed to fix the problem. So for those having it:Some how the title has gotten corrupted. Subtly. Only thing that might stop it from happening is to File menu > Export > XML. Close Lectora. Rename the original file. Open Lectora and select File > Import > XML. It now publishes SCORM and all's right in my world!!!thanks nameless one
