Lectora Crashes with Error about Memory.

Helloi have a big poblem.Every time i use Lectora it crahses with the following error. ( i get the error in german and i didnt know how it shows in english, i hope its a correct translation)" The command in "0x77fcca14" refer to memory in "0x00000000". The operation "written" could not carry out at the memeory."Thx for help
