Lectora Crashes When Deleting

I have been working on a course that crashes very often, and very randomly. I decided to track the times it shuts down and what I've done prior to this. It doesn't happen every time, but randomly, when I delete something it crashes. Here are the actions that led to a shut down:

Copied text box from one page, went to next page, deleted text box - CRASH

Deleted a text block with bulleted list in it - CRASH

Selected four pages and hit the delete button - CRASH

Right clicked on one page and selected delete from drop down box - CRASH

I have 2008 Enterprise Edition v 9a (5845) on XP.

Does anyone know why this happens?
