Lectora course loaded to LMS - JAWS not reading page content

JAWS isn’t reading page content in courses. It reads the page name in the browser title bar, but that’s it. Everything functions properly outside of the LMS.
I can 'kick start' it, by clicking my Skip to Content link. JAWS then reads page content.
Thoughts, anyone?
The LMS is our own, but i did test it through Rustici's SCORM tester and got the same result.
