Lectora and Captivate HELP

Captivate can be thought of as a cross between PowerPoint and Flash. In fact it outputs .swf (shockwave flash) files, and is essentially a simpler way to create basic content than Flash. I say it's similar to PowerPoint because the content you create is placed on slides and moves along in a similar linear fashion. I haven’t been using Lectora long enough to go into much detail, but it’s capable of much more. It’s extremely robust, and you’ll probably end up placing files you create in Captivate into Lectora projects. My advice would be to read through the first sections of the help files for both programs to better understand what each one does.
