Lectora 21.4 Crashes immediately

I updated to Lectora v 21.4 the other day and haven't been able to open Lectora since! As soon as it begins to open, a Windows error message states that it has stopped working and needs to close. I have tried rebooting my computer several times and I've uninstalled/reinstalled Lectora desktop 3 times, but I still can't get into Lectora. Anyone else having a similar issue, or know how to fix it??

I don't get an option to send an error report. In fact, today I'm not even getting an error message. The Lectora splash screen shows for a few seconds then disappears but it never opens. I'll try uninstalling again and deleting the files you suggested. Thank you!

I haven't seen this. If you are given the option to send a crash report please send it.
After you uninstall also try deleting your C:\Program Files (x86)\eLearningBrothers\Lectora 21 before you reinstall
