There is something within your titles (object/action) that is only available in the 2006 version. Does it import part of the title before erroring out? If so, take a look at the page it stopped on and this should be a good indictator about where the object/action resides in the title that it cannot import.If you have any group objects or run action group actions, try ungrouping the objects and delete the group object from the title.
