Lectora 11 and LMS Bookmarking

My courses, used to work in AICC with predicatable and accurate bookmarking under Lectora X. We use SumTotal and I've always made the following selections in Lectora to make the bookmarking work:

[ATTACH=CONFIG]406[/ATTACH]

Right now, I can't upload an .awt file because this is bank regulatory information and as such is priviledged and confidential.

There are no additional user-enabled selections in our environment. We publish by engaging a third-party who manages our LMS. This wasn't ever a problem using Lectora X. It only manifested after upgrading.

Can anyone help or has anyone experienced this?
