Launching external .exe files...possible?

Are you giving the full path of the exe or something like "file_name.exe"? And did you mean the previously built files were with flash not Lectora?Another thought is that your intranet server is preventing Lectora to run the program. Try putting the exe on your local machine, reference it in Lectora, and try it.
