To open a file in a new window you need to add the file to the additional files tab under the title properties menu. Once you have done that you need to create your link to the file. On the object that you have opening the file, you need to add an action from the toolbar at the top of Lectora. The action should look as follows:On: Mouse Click Action: Go ToTarget: Web AddressWeb Address: Here you will type in the name and extension of your file. Please note that it is case sensitive. (Example: PowerPoint.pdf is different from powerpoint.pdf).Check the box that says, “Open in New Window”.NOTE: Previewing this in Lectora will NOT work.
