Launch PDF File

I'm having trouble getting a PDF file to launch, I'm wondering if I'm missing something (the Help on this is pretty sparse).I added the PDF file on the "Additional Properties" tab in Title Properties.Then, I created a button with an action to "Launch a program/document" and typed the name of the pdf file in the Target textbox (without a path).Is this the correct procedure? Should it work when publishing to both HTML and EXE?thanks...
