Laptop overrides Lectora';s published font size
July 14, 2016 12:00 AM
Hi,
We published executables from Leectora and have recently found that the font display settings on the laptop we are using to present the course, changes the font size in Lectora's published executable.
When the display settings on the lap top are set to 125% or greater, the text in the Lectora presentation is also enlarged and gets cut off, apparently clipped by the boundries of the text boxes.
These courses were created to a fixed size and weren't meant to be responsive. Is there a way to fix the font size so that the user's computer doesn't override our settings?

You can check "convert text to images" in Publish settings.
Hi,
All of the text in text boxes is affected. I believe that converting all text to images would defeat the purpose of using editable text in the layout.
Thanks
Hi,
I found the text box property that enables text to image conversion but not a setting in the Publish menu. I am using version 16.1.2

Hi Peter,
Would you be willing to send us copies of your source files and one of the published executables? It looks like this is a bug and we need to do some testing on it.
Do you have or could you create a sample title that has the issue?
