Windows magnifier is found on the Windows XP system at Start > Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > MagnifierAnd to add to Justin's post, in Lectora, if you turn on View menu > Status bar > Cursor position you will be able to see the x,y coordinates of the objects in the lower right corner of your screen when you click on them along with their dimensions.
