Lectora Instructional Designer

Advanced Educational Corpration (AEC) develops world-class Custom e-Learning Solutions to deliver performance results. We seek high quality, self-motivated Instructional Designers to support our growth.

Following our unique rapid development process, our skilled Instructional Designers develop custom e-learning directly in a variety of commercial off-the-shelf development toolsets. We are currently looking specifically for Training and Development Professionals with skill using the Lectora toolset. As a creative and self-motivated team player, working in a virtual environment, you will enjoy the flexibility that AEC offers.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Three years Instructional Design experience, in online learning.

• Experience working in a virtual team environment with the ability to follow structured processes and be organized.

• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• Experience with instructional design theories such as Blooms taxonomy, and the ADDIE model.

• The ability to take a wide variety of subject matter and create compelling courseware.

• Experience with interactive development tool - Lectora

• College diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Adult Education or Instructional Design.

• Creative approaches to design and development that has proven to drive learning and retention.

This is a contract opportunity for the successful candidate. The pay rate is $30 - $40 per hour depending on Skill level
