Shawn is our partner that has been having the issue.I checked in with our IT folk and they suggested that ping on netmarket.netapp.com is disabled, which they say means that they've disabled ICMP traffic (likely as a security measure). As detailed above, though, telnet apparently works. They suggest that this is likely not the source of the issue, though. Any input appreciated.Regards, Jonathan.
