Hi,Thanks very much for getting back to me and sorry for the delay in responding. We got some assistance and it looks like it is an issue with the learner not having Microsoft JVM installed in their environment (i.e. when they installed it, the test ran fine). The only problem we have is that my understanding is that for Lectora 5.x, MSFT JVM is no longer needed and we are using Lectora (Saba Publisher) 5.0. Was the removal of the MSFT JVM requirement put in place in a later version of 5.x?Just let me know if the debug info could still be valuable and I'll post that too.Regards, Jonathan Dean.
