Hi All,JDean has asked me to assist here and post some ofthe results of the toubleshooting.With the java.policy still installed:C:Documents and SettingsShawn>ping netmarket.netapp.comPinging netmarket.netapp.com [216.240.18.11] with 32 bytesRequest timed out.Request timed out.Request timed out.Request timed out.Ping statistics for 216.240.18.11: Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),I can however Telnet to the address on port 80 with no difficulties. After removing the java.policy is same result. The test above shows that the address resolution is working fine. After doing a telnet to the address on port 80, if I type GET, I get a full HTML response. Hope this helps...
