Are you suggesting that if we re-enabled ping for the netmarket.netapp.com server that we would have more luck troubleshooting (and that telnet access is not relevant) or are you suggesting that re-enabling ping might resolve the issue without the learner needing the java.policy install? Or something else.. ;-)For us, loading content on the same server as the LMS is not an option currently and asking every learner that runs into this issue to install the java.policy version is not an issue either.
