Javacript to find API not looking high e

hi, the lms launches a page called, fullscreen.htm, within this page is some javascript that loads my lectora content full screen so there are no browser controls and it positions it nicely in the middle of the page.the problem is that the code lectora uses to find the API only looks in the page that launched it. I need it to look in the page above fullscreen.htm.I hope that is a bit clearer.Cheers
