Javacript to find API not looking high e

Let me explain my problem, I have a scorm LMS that loads lectora scrom packages very happily, the problem arises when I try to use a launch page from the LMS to set the module to full screen. The API cannot be found due to the javascript code not looking high enough up the window hierachy. Please, please please can someone write some javascript that does this as it is a major problem for me.Many thanks for any solutionsCheers
